Incari Studio 2024.1: New Debugging Capabilities

The new Visual Logic Debugging feature in Incari Studio 2024.1 provides a powerful way to visualize and control the execution flow of logic.

The new Visual Logic Debugging feature in Incari Studio 2024.1 provides a powerful way to visualize and control the execution flow of logic. It allows stepping into logic blocks, which enables early error diagnosis and improved inspection.

  • Execution Flow: The execution flow precisely shows what happens and when in the code. Inconsistencies are directly visible in Incari Studio.
  • Traceability: The traceability is significantly increased. This enables more efficient and error-reducing development.
  • Breakpoints: Breakpoints allow you to stop on a node, inspect it, and execute the logic step by step.
  • Inspection: During the inspection, you can view the values of the inputs and outputs of each nodes to troubleshoot errors or make adjustments.

Logic creation is significantly simplified, making HMI development with Incari Studio easier and more efficient than ever before.

How Incari enables the transition to a zero-emission era

As passionate automotive enthusiasts, we eagerly anticipate the future of mobility. The "European Green Deal" has redefined this future on paper: By 2050, there should be no net emissions of greenhouse gases. The automotive industry plays a central role here and faces significant challenges in implementation.

Transitioning production to electric vehicles is just one measure; but what happens to all the existing ice (internal combustion engines) cars when comprehensive climate protection measures, such as environmental zones, significantly hinder or even make their use impossible?

To address these and many other automotive questions, industry leaders and innovators gather at Automotive Europe in Munich to exchange ideas and set the course for the years to come. We will also be there and look forward to exchanging knowledge and discovering synergies.

How Incari Studio simplifies the conversion of vehicles

For many years, Incari has been working to support the automotive industry in the challenging task of the mobility transition. With our All-in-One HMI development platform, Incari Studio, we offer a solution to make existing vehicles usable in the emission-free era.

Together with R-Fit, a specialized French company focusing on car conversions, we have demonstrated, using a Mehari Eden, what the future holds for classic automobiles. The goal: to electrify a classic vehicle, save resources, and gather valuable experience in conversion.

Together, we developed a completely new digital dashboard for the iconic Mehari Eden. All analog functions were replaced with digital ones, and a completely new dashboard was installed. As a result of this project, components over 50 years old were seamlessly integrated with modern electric drive and a digital user experience. What works for classics can also be applied to newer vehicles.

Our HMI development platform, Incari Studio, is key to a new digital instrument cluster

With Incari Studio, we offer an HMI development solution for creating digital cockpits, a crucial component of converted vehicles. Our solution enables existing vehicles to be equipped with modern software, ensuring compliance with associated regulations. In this way, we assist automotive companies in successfully addressing the challenges of mobility transition and collectively taking a step toward climate neutrality.

Let’s exchange thoughts and find synergies at Automotive Europe

We’re excited to meet and to connect with you at Automotive Europe, exchanging solutions, and jointly paving the way toward a sustainable automotive industry.

  • When? 22nd-23rd May 2024
  • Where? Hilton Munich Park

Feel free to contact Mike Zutz () from the Incari team anytime and meet us in person at Automotive Europe.

In conversation with Ufuk, Incari’s visionary Solutions Engineer

Hi Ufuk, it’s a pleasure to have you here. Can you introduce yourself to us?

Hi, the pleasure is all mine! It’s hard to believe it’s already been two years. I was born and raised in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. I acquired my bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management Information Systems, with an additional focus in Political Science and International Relations.

I got involved with technology at a very early age and jumped on various entrepreneurial expeditions from as early as my high school years. Over time, I grew a healthy obsession with building the future of human living and its politics. This led to several social impact stints under the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation fellowship umbrella, United Nations SDSN Youth, and Yenibirlider Association. I’m an avid reader, an amateur writer, a stay-at-home musician, and a full-time dreamer with an insatiable sweet tooth.

Reflecting on your initial motivation to join Incari, how have your expectations aligned with the projects and the company’s evolution?

Germany has about 5 million companies, all of which are undoubtedly striving for commercial success. I decided to join Incari after I met the team, who shared an ambitious vision for the future of our society and also managed to base this on a solid commercial model.

Since I joined two years ago, Incari has evolved with the changing landscape and has grown exponentially. Throughout all this, we went beyond building the future and became a solid player in recovering the resources and the beauty of the past and bringing them to the present with our retrofit projects. I take genuine pride in our ability to find new means to serve that original vision, and I can’t wait to see where it takes us next!

Throughout your time at Incari, what project or achievement stands out to you as particularly emblematic of the company’s mission to reshape human-machine interaction?

I am incredibly proud of our Retrofit project, which we recently communicated in collaboration with R-Fit. Building the future starts with carrying our heritage into it, and I can’t think of a better way to do that than breathing new life into old classics. The project required a lot of hard work from all partners, and it is a source of immense pride to see it come to fruition.

The culture within a tech company is often as innovative as its products. How do you see Incari’s culture reflected in the daily work and the team’s collaboration?

In building the future of Human-Machine interactions, it is only possible to think of success with a human-focused work culture. My colleagues are also some of my closest friends, and the inspiration we find in each other daily fuels our ongoing innovative streak. We are excited about our work, which helps us push forward even through Berlin’s dark, rainy winters.

With your involvement in various sectors, what upcoming trends in technology are you most excited to explore or integrate into Incari’s projects?

I don’t want to throw around buzzwords just for the sake of it. Still, I am genuinely excited about the emergence of AI and the strengthening emphasis on social impact in the tech scene. We aim to be everywhere humans interact with modern technology. I think this vision places a responsibility on our shoulders to try and maximize the social impact of even the smallest of our projects.

AI will be a crucial catalyst in enabling us to make Incari accessible to even more people. Their creations will be the key to maximizing the unique human factor in everything we do.

Given your passion for mentorship and education, how do you see yourself contributing to the growth and learning culture within Incari?

We already have a buddy system, which is an excellent step towards creating a self-sustaining learning community. I am excited for us to introduce even more opportunities for peer-to-peer learning within the company, as all of us have something to learn and something to show.

For someone joining Incari, what insights can you offer about navigating and contributing to a company at the forefront of technological innovation?

Being at the forefront often means treading the path less traveled, which inevitably brings an incredible amount of ambiguity with it – the work we do undergoes radical changes every single day to stay on the path to the final destination. Be open to asking for help, and don’t hesitate to offer yours!

Thank you for celebrating this milestone with us, Ufuk. Are you a technology enthusiast with a passion for innovation? Are you excited about pushing boundaries and turning ideas into reality? Join our dynamic team at Incari and be a part of shaping tomorrow’s technology landscape. Explore our openings and embark on a transformative journey with us.
