We are excited to announce our new partnership between Toradex and Incari! Together, we are setting new standards in the development of Human-Machine Interfaces and driving innovation across various industries. By combining cutting-edge software with robust hardware, we are opening up entirely new possibilities in HMI development.

Toradex is a leading provider of embedded hardware and software solutions, offering a comprehensive portfolio of System-on-Modules (SoMs) and Single-Board Computers (SBCs). These are used in industries such as automotive, medical technology, industrial automation, and transportation. The reliable and high-performance products from Toradex provide the ideal foundation for HMI projects.

Incari Studio: Intuitive HMI Development Without Coding

With Incari Studio, we have created an all-in-one development platform that allows companies to develop multimodal HMIs from concept to implementation. Our no-code approach significantly simplifies the development process and promotes seamless collaboration between designers and engineers. This enables modern and user-friendly HMIs to be realized faster and more efficiently.

A Perfect Synergy for HMI Implementation

By combining the hardware from Toradex with Incari Studio, developers can now create powerful and intuitive HMIs in less time and at lower costs. This partnership leverages the strengths of both companies to offer innovative solutions for the technological challenges of the future.

Recent Projects Showcasing Incari’s Innovation with Toradex Hardware

3D Application for Digital Dental Impressions | Apalis iMX8QM

In collaboration with our partner CONZE Informatik GmbH, we developed an HMI for a 3D digital dental impression application in just two days. The demo ran on an Apalis iMX8QM, showcasing how quickly and cost-effectively HMIs for medical technology can be created using Incari Studio.

Digital Car Cockpit | 3x Ixora Carrier Boards with Apalis TK1

Incari developed the entire digital cockpit and HMI for the Piëch GT in a record time of just six months. This project demonstrates the power of our cutting-edge development approach, enabling high-end automotive interfaces with unparalleled efficiency.

Reviving the Classic: The Restomod Renault 5 with Incari Studio

At Incari, we’re thrilled to have been part of an exciting project that blends the past with the future. In collaboration with our great partners 2cv Mehari Club Cassis, Link2concept, Factory Unit, and R-FIT, we helped electrify a vintage late 70s Renault R5 GTL for the popular french TV show "Vintage Mecanic", bringing this iconic classic car into the modern age.

The overall restomod design was proposed by Alan Derosier, a renowned French automotive designer known for his innovative and creative approach to car design, including the iconic Legende Automobiles Turbo 3.

The challenge? – Integrating cutting-edge technology into a vintage car without losing its classic charm.

Thanks to Incari Studio, our all-in-one HMI development platform, we were able to replace the original analog speedometer with a fully digital interface. Additionally, with our custom-developed Incari RetroBox, we enabled seamless connectivity for all types of inputs, whether vintage or modern.

This innovation ensures the driver always has relevant, real-time data at their fingertips, enhancing the driving experience without compromising on the look and feel of the original vehicle.

Celso Albuquerque, our Managing Director of Incari Labs, shared: “Our platform allowed us to “Restomod” the Renault 5 in a sensitive manner, keeping the spirit of the original design while incorporating displays the engineers of the 1970s could never have imagined.”

This project highlights how modern HMI technology can seamlessly blend with classic automotive design. A truly exciting example of how innovation and tradition can come together to create something exceptional.
