Software Training Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Overview:

 We’re looking for a candidate that loves working with customers and is passionate in helping them understand and learn software solutions that will help transform their day-to-day workflows and practices!

As a member of the Product Team, you are responsible for educating and training customers to drive adoption/use of Incari HMI development platform.

With your expertise and knowledge, you will work with a diverse set of customers with whom have varying technical skills, by training and educating them on a wide range.

Through a series of both online and in-person sessions, you will facilitate learning to participants on how to best use Incari aligned with their day-to-day business practices. You are a critical member of the team that will interface with both new and existing customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience to ensure they are enabled with the skills and knowledge to have a successful implementation and overall solution adoption. Additionally, you will work closely with the Software Delivery Team to plan, schedule, and deliver the customer training plans.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare and deliver quality training to customers based on adult learning principles and best practices
  • Deliver online or onsite instructor-led training using a variety of tools including online meeting and collaboration applications like Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams
  • Provide feedback and input as it relates to the development of curriculum and design of effective training programs
  • Make recommendations for improvements which would support better and more efficient training processes
  • Conduct instructor-led classroom training sessions for customers at company, industry conferences or customer sites
  • Define and communicate training expectations with the end users
  • Conduct post-training assessments to identify areas of improvement and transfer of knowledge
  • Maintain training databases with up-to-date content reflecting new product releases/enhancements and relevant examples to be used for demonstration during training
  • Complete educational workshops and seminars to maintain professional and technical knowledge as well as in-house product certification and release training
  • Deliver train-the-trainer programs, including coaching and shadowing to support customer super users in their organizational training strategy
  • Present/facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, group discussions, video, or lectures
  • Coordinate training sessions including scheduling of participants and other related resources
  • Determine individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
  • Identify and escalate feedback, if needed, to management on any risks and issues related to product adoption, technology, knowledge retention, or customer access to self-learning services
  • Promote the adoption of online training courses to support ongoing end-user learning


  • Degree in computer science or engineering and/or training and education
  • Experience the the field of HMI creation in the automotive space
  • Previous client-facing training experience, preferably in the software industry
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly as it relates to explaining both simple and complex technical concepts
  • Strong understanding of adult learning concepts/theories, training development techniques, and best practices
  • Strong software & technology aptitude and literacy
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience conducting training sessions both in-person and remotely
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and other teleconferencing solutions (i.e. Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
  • Ability to travel
  • Languages English / German
